PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: draft — pending final legal review before launch.

What we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. If you check out as a guest, we collect the same information for that order only, without creating an account. If you write a product review, we store the review content and link it to your account.

We do not collect or store payment card details ourselves — payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway, which handles that information directly.

How we use it

We use your information to process and fulfil orders, manage your account, respond to support requests, and send order-related emails (confirmation, shipping updates). If you're logged in and leave items in your cart, we may send a one-time reminder email — you can stop this by completing or clearing your cart.

Cookies and sessions

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies at this time. If analytics or advertising tools are added in future, this policy will be updated first.

Who we share it with

We share order and contact information with the service providers who help us operate — our email delivery provider (to send order and account emails) and our payment gateway (to process payments, once live). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text — they're hashed before being saved. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data (subject to what we're legally required to keep, such as order records for tax purposes) by contacting support@sneakersdokan.com.

Children's privacy

Sneakers Dokan is not intended for children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
